Yes we used to help people but we stopped doing it since people don't care about those and they are so rude. So yeah we stopped supporting.

Oh I see, I did have a problem but managed to fix it somehow myself haha!
It's a shame though we can't ask for support, because newbies like me always been with one software which is MyBB but moved to xenforo since the interface is awesome.
