The live chat is working fully with ajax (never leaves the page) and has some nice animations, in order to give the users a comfortable and soft feeling.
The messages can be deleted by the authors and the team (depending on settings).
A small spam filter blocks too many messages in a row.

You need to make sure you are view it in the overview tab when trying to download
