    Require :
    This mod require the forum to have atleast 1 avatar installed.

    About :
    Was tired of users with no avatar, and the "default avatar" addon
    didnt add avatars so other mod's could use them.. this does add
    avatars just as if the user selected one.

    Via cron adds avatar...
