    If you want your forums shows elegantly . you can put a background for every forum in FORUMHOME.

    See Attached image.

    First you need this modification: Category Layout like vBulletin 4

    Then On forumhome_forumbit_level2_post
    Find in the second line

    Code: 
    <td class="alt1Active" width="100%">

    Replace it with:

    <td background="images/$forum[forumid].jpg" align="center" width="100%">
