Works for: vBulletin 3.7 + and vBulletin 4+

Allow users to login to your forum with:

EMAIL ADDRESS + PASSWORD

OR

USERNAME + PASSWORD

For advanced users:
*This modification can also check and validate a different password encryption algorithm ; that code can be left alone or commented out. This is for advanced users who import a non-vbulletin forum into vbulletin and would like to validate passwords using a different method.
