- Show a ribbon on thread starter's avatar in all their replies

The add-on adds a ribbon on original poster's avatar to highlight the user who started the thread.

• Disable the product for particular styles.
• Style property that will define the ribbon color.
• Style property that will define the ribbon position Top Left corner/Top Right Corner/Top/Bottom.
• Ribbon/Text Position

This is a bug fix release where we have removed an unneeded JS reference from "aloph_op_ribbon".

Feel free to report any issues you have and they will be addressed asap.

As reported by some users they use XenForo 2.1.x but with square avatars, so we have made it optional to enable round avatar fix. The option is disabled by default and can be enabled in the product's options page.
