What is it ?
It's a "Content System" (NOT a CMPS or CMS). Create a "Table of Content". This page will contain all links to the contents itself. Users can add comments (if the content allowed it).

A "Table of Content" has always 3 columns. You can align each column in an other way:

• top
• middle
• bottom

Assign contents to a category (there is no limit for it). You can enter a number of entries you will show under the category....
