    What Does This Hack Do?

    A very simple hack to add a quick email address checker to the Admin Control Panel Home page, it will find members via their email address rather than their username. This will only be displayed to Administrators with Can Administer Users permissions.

    This idea of this hack came from Keyser Söze's v3.5.x hack (see here, and it being Re-useable Code enables me to release this hack), that involves a file edit to a core...
