    This is a small mod that will allow admins to set different maximum characters in private messages per usergroup.

    It is a simple installation, upload the contents of the upload folder to your site, then import the product XML, ozzmodz_pmmaxchars

    There is only one setting for the mod under, [OzzModz] Different Maximum Characters In PM's Per Usergroup Settings

    You will have to edit each usergroup individually, and find the option, Maximum Characters In Private Messages...
