    IPS.Suite 4.x
    1. Install your theme
    2. Browse to ACP > Customization > Themes > *Theme* > Edit HTML and CSS: core > front > global > footer
    3. Delete the following:

    Code: 
    <div class='ipsfocusCopyright'><a href="http://www.ipsfocus.com">IPS Theme</a> by <a href="http://www.ipsfocus.com">IPSFocus</a></div>
