    1 ). ADMIN CP - CUSTOMIZATION - THEMES - ADD THEMES - UPLOAD THEMES

    2 ). CLICK BROWSE- (THEME).XML FROM YOUR COMPUTER

    3 ). CLICK NEXT

    4 ). WAIT FOR PROCESSING AND THEN THE THEME IS INSTALLED.
