Heisenberg submitted a new resource:

- Record all failed login Admin Panel and send notification via email.

This add-on will record all failed log in attempts for the admin panel and display them. You can view them at Tools->Logs->Failed Acp Login Logs. The following things will be logged in there:
1) Name/Email Address
2) IP Address
3) Time

The admin can set it so he/she can receive an email each time that a failed log in attempt for the admin panel will be recorded. That option can be enabled/disabled. It can be found at Acp->Options->Admin Control Panel.
