    This allows users to have a donate link.

    PayPal preparation
    users must create a donation button on their account there is a html code and a email code the email code look like this:

    1) Add a new profile field X
    Profile Field Type = Single-Line Text Box

    The XXXXXXXX have to be placed on the profile field.

    2) Edit the template: postbit or postbit_legacy
