xF1 Add Avatar to Quote

- Adds the quoted users avatar to the quote

It will add the quoted users avatar into the quote block.
After the installation, you'll find a new style property for activating this feature in your acp => Appearance => Style Properties => BB Code Elements => Settings

Attention!
This addon will add an db query for each quoted user!
e.g. if you have 20 quotes on the page with 6 people being quoted, it will add 6 queries to fetch their avatars. (1 query per user, so if somebody is quoted 10 times, it will add ONLY 1 query)...
